Dinesh Gupta, Managing Member (dgupta@satwik.com)
Mr. Gupta has extensive experience in managing investment funds on behalf of individuals and institutions. In February 2000 he co-founded SVC Ventures I, LLC in February 2000 that currently has $31M under management. IN 1999, he also founded D&B Venture Management, LLC, a private investment firm that invested over $20M both on its own account and on behalf of numerous high net worth individuals.

From 1978 to 1999, Mr. Gupta was Business Development Manager at Raychem Corporation (acquired by Tyco International). He led an aggressive acquisition team whose efforts resulted in six acquisitions by Tyco and contributed to sales growth from $270M to approximately $500M/year. Mr. Gupta also led global projects as General Manager with full P&L responsibility of a worldwide group of 60 people.

Mr. Gupta holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi. Mr. Gupta is also a Charter Member of TiE, a very prestigious organization of mostly Indian professionals who share the common interests of promoting and fostering entrepreneurial efforts worldwide.

Paul Getty, Managing Member (pgetty@satwik.com)
Mr. Getty possesses over 25 years of experience in worldwide sales and marketing.  His track record includes participation in successful IPO and M&A activities.  Mr. Getty has been an investor, advisor, and director for many early-stage technology firms.  He has held executive positions with netDialog/Kana Communications, Digital Equipment Corporation, Ridge Computers, Microtec Research/Mentor Graphics, and most recently with Venture Navigation LLC.  Mr. Getty holds a BS in Chemistry from Wayne State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jay Sethuram, Venture Partner
Mr. Sethuram was co-founder and CTO of Advancel, Fiberlane (split into Cerent and Siara). and StratumOne. He has over 20 years of engineering management experience in semiconductor and communications technology firms. Mr. Sethuram holds an MSEE from Washington State University and a BSEE equivalent from MIT Madras (India).

Ashok Jain, Chairman and CEO, Teraburst Networks
Ashok, brings over a decade of experience with successful business startups in the networking industry to TeraBurst. A veteran to the Silicon Valley technology scene, he was the founder and CEO of Internet Devices Inc. a developer of high-performance, data policy management systems, now a division of Alcatel. Prior to Internet Devices, Ashok co-founded NexGen Microsystems Inc., a developer of high-performance microprocessors. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) acquired NexGen Microsystems in 1995. Ashok holds an MS degree in Computer Technology from IIT New Delhi.
